A Pescetarian Manifesto
Fish are friends
food, not
food
friends.
Sorry Bruce. We respectfully disagree.
This is a recipe site for people who love the ocean
and what comes out of it.
Okay, so what is this?
A recipe site for pescetarians — the people who skipped the meat but kept the fish because, honestly, have you had salmon?
No sign-ups. No newsletters. No pop-ups asking if you want 10% off our feelings. No 800-word preamble about a life-changing trip to a coastal village before you get to the actual recipe.
Just good fish recipes, written by someone who actually cooks them, with the kind of instructions that assume you have things to do today.
Latest Catches
Fresh from the kitchen. No life stories, just recipes.
Honey Lime Shrimp Tacos
Taco Tuesday but make it pescetarian. 15 minutes, maximum swagger.
Garlic Butter Salmon
The one recipe that makes people think you can actually cook. 17 minutes. One pan.
Cedar Plank Salmon
Smoke, maple, zero sticking. The grilling flex you didn't know you needed.
Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
Seared for 90 seconds per side. Looks like a restaurant. Costs like groceries.
Miso Glazed Cod
Nobu made this famous. You're about to make it on a Tuesday.

And counting. Slowly, but counting.

The Pescetarian's Creed
Fish is always the answer.
Someone asks what's for dinner? Fish. Date night? Fish. Existential crisis? Believe it or not, also fish.
We don't do life stories before recipes.
You came here to cook, not to read about my transformative trip to a farmers market in 2019.
Bruce had a point. We just respectfully disagree.
Fish can be friends. They can also be dinner. These are not mutually exclusive.
